Julie A. Stone started her career as an apprentice in Ithaca and New York City working alongside top stylists at La Coupe and John Delaria. Upon her return to Ithaca she opened the Julie A. Stone Salon. In the twenty-five years the salon has been open, she has established a niche in the community with a strong and consistent following, always striving to incorporate the latest in coloring and cutting techniques.
Meña Davis brings to our salon many years of experience and strength in corrective coloring and elegant styling for wedding parties. Trained in Paris and South America, she offers continuing flair to our most discerning clientele.
Nicholas is an artist and cosmetologist from Sunnyside queens, who’s creativity was cultivated primarily during the 1980s and 90s in the NY metro area. Theater, graffiti, fine art, NYC radio, and the MTA, are the influences of his work. He graduated from Ithaca College in 2002 with a Bachelors in Drama, and began as a studio artist for Madame Tussauds in NYC shortly after graduating. Nick worked in Times Square throughout his 20’s and focused on hair styling, restoration, painting and wardrobe. Nick has experience working with hair, wigs, and makeup on Broadway, TV spots, Off Broadway, and salon work (Ouidad, Dry Bar). Now, living in Ithaca, Nick has found his spark! He is the newest team member to Julie A. Stone Salon, who helps add to our charisma and talent. His specialties include working with all hair types, bayalage coloring, cuts, and fades.
Brigette joined our salon in 2007. From hair to make-up, Brigette is known to design memorable looks for the bride, bridesmaids, and entire wedding parties.

Jill grew up in Cortland, NY and has been a stylist for 13 years. She recently moved to the Ithaca area where she resides by Cayuga Lake. Her inspirations come from her on going education with Lanza, a global hair company.
Jill specializes in Balayage and creative color palettes. She also offers various techniques in men’s styling.
